XTMZ40B

The XTIOT XTMZ40B is a batch barcode scanning system designed to read multiple codes across a full tray in one capture. It supports DataMatrix, QR Code, PDF417 and common 1D barcodes, with more than 200 codes readable at once depending on the code size and scanning area.

The system can be customized to check barcode quantities and identify missing, duplicate, incorrect or unreadable codes. Reading results can be connected to the customer’s MES, ERP or database for production checking and traceability.

The scanning range, product fixture, software functions and communication method can be configured for different trays and production lines.

200 Codes on One Tray? Scan Them in One Shot.

XTMZ40B is made for full-tray barcode reading. If there are 200 codes on the tray, it can capture and read them together. There is no need to scan the products one by one.

Reading all the codes is not the difficult part. The real question is: what happens if one code is missed?

We can customize the software to show the reading result on the tray image. If a code is missing or unreadable, its position can be marked directly. The software can also check for duplicate or incorrect codes using the expected barcode list.

Before delivery, we test the customer’s actual tray and products. We set the camera, lighting, reading area and checking rules based on that test.

The customer receives a complete setup with the tested configuration already saved. It is ready to use for the confirmed tray and barcode layout, without starting the adjustment again.
