After-sales Service 
One year warranty:
The products sold by our company are subject to the after-sale service policy of one year quality guarantee for the products from your purchase date, except the human damage and force majeure factor. For a better maintenance, be sure that the players are using under normal circumstances and obey the users’ guide. 
 
Service time commitment:
1、Telephone service time：Our company provides telephone technical services from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00-18:00, (GMT +8); if we need to call you back, we promise that our customer service will call back within 30 minutes.
2、Return to the factory for maintenance：Our company promises to send qualified repaired products within 3 working days after receiving the maintenance product, not including shipping time.
 
Not covered by the warranty under the following conditions:
1. The whole machine or parts have exceeded the warranty period.
2. The equipment caused by repairs, changes, or removals by somebody who is not authorized by us.
3. The damage is caused by accidental factors or man-made factors, which is including malfunctions, scratches, bumps, improper input voltages, foreign matter (water or other objects) entering the product etc.
4. The damage is caused by natural disasters and other force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires).
