What’s the reason of wireless barcode scanner make a noisy when scan barcode, why the data not transmit to computer?

Firstly we have to know the transmission way of wireless barcode scanner.

2D wireless barcode scanner (handheld barcode scanner) can be divided into 3 kinds of barcode scanner: Bluetooth Barcode Scanner, 2.4G Barcode Scanner, 433MHZ Barcode Scanner.

The main reason of wireless barcode scanner make a noisy and not transmit the data as following: In this case, we use XT6400 as the sample.

The reason is that because of the scanner read the barcode, but data can not transmit to computer. So the noisy is warning sound to inform user the scanner not connect successfully.

How to deal with this problem:

1. Check the 2.4G USB dongle, to see if this USB dongle connect to the computer’s host.

2. Check if you get the correct USB dongle, one USB dongle can match one barcode scanner only. They If you use wrong USB dongle, the scanner will not be able to connect computer successfully.

3. The USB dongle is broken

Resolution:  When the barcode scanner can not matahc the USB dongle, contact the manufacturer to get the user manual
