Step 1 – Setup
Work order contains base data: product ID, batch number, quantity.
Step 2 – Scan
Operator scans QR code on work order. Scanner reads base data into printer.
Step 3 – Print first product
Printer creates: batch number + 001 = unique code for product one. Prints code on product.
Step 4 – Print next product
Printer creates: batch number + 002 = different unique code for product two. Prints code on product.
Step 5 – Repeat
