XTS03-2 is the networked enterprise-grade model of XTIOT’s XTS03 series barcode verification & poka-yoke system, designed for multi-workstation production lines, standardized assembly workshops and factory-level quality data management.
Supporting stable local area network (LAN) and cloud connection, this system realizes real-time data synchronization and collaborative control across multiple workstations, with unified storage of all scanning records, verification logs and production data on the server for centralized management. It retains full-featured barcode matching, anti-error alarm and anti-duplicate scanning functions, and supports customized data export, historical record query, quality statistics and targeted report generation.
Equipped with standard docking interfaces, it can be seamlessly connected with factory MES, ERP and other production management systems, realizing data intercommunication between quality inspection and production scheduling.
With strong stability, high compatibility and expandable functions, it is suitable for medium and large-scale batch production lines, automated assembly workshops and standardized manufacturing scenarios requiring full-process quality traceability.
