Core System Functions: Quadruple Verification + Real-Time Alerts to Eliminate Packing Errors. Focused on "data consistency," the XTIOT Production Proofreading System ensures 100% accuracy in the packaging process through the following mechanisms:
Order Number Binding: The system pre-enters order information and automatically associates it with the order number when the code is scanned, preventing order errors and missed orders.
Box Code-SN Number Matching: After scanning the box code for each box, the SN (serial number) of each product within the box must be scanned. The system automatically verifies whether the SN number corresponds to the order and records the packed quantity.
Strong verification of packing quantity: If the actual number of scanned SN numbers does not match the system's preset assembly quantity per box (such as under-packing, over-packing, or repeated packing), or the cumulative number of packings exceeds the total order quantity, the system will immediately trigger an audible and visual alarm and lock the current workstation until the problem is resolved.
