Wired Ethernet Connection (Recommended)

1. Connect the RJ45 Ethernet cable to the device and local network.

2. Go to Settings → Network → Ethernet.

3. Enable Ethernet.

4. Select DHCP for automatic IP assignment, or select Static IP to manually set IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS.

5. Save and check connection status.

WiFi Wireless Connection

1. Go to Settings → Network → Wi‑Fi.

2. Turn on WiFi.

3. Select your target WiFi SSID from the available list.

4. Enter the correct password and click Connect.

5. Once connected, the device will show WiFi signal strength and IP address.

4G Mobile Network (Optional)

1. Insert the micro SIM card into the device’s SIM slot.

2. Go to Settings → Network → Mobile Network.

3. Enable Mobile Data.

4. Set APN parameters according to the carrier if required.

5. Verify 4G network status and data connectivity.

PoE Network & Power Supply

1. Connect the device to a PoE switch via Ethernet cable.

2. The device will receive both power and network through the single cable.

3. Configure IP via DHCP or Static IP as in wired Ethernet settings.

4. No separate power adapter is needed.

Server & Database Network Settings

1. Go to Price Checker App → Settings → Network Configuration.

2. Set Server IP address and port of your background database or POS system.

3. Set communication protocol: TCP/IP, HTTP, or API.

4. Enable auto‑reconnect when network is interrupted.

5. Test connection to ensure stable communication between device and server.

Network Troubleshooting

• No network: Check cable, WiFi password, or SIM card status.

• IP conflict: Use Static IP or re-enable DHCP.

• Cannot connect to server: Confirm server IP, port, firewall, and same LAN segment.

• Weak WiFi: Move closer to router or use wired Ethernet.

Remote Management & Upgrade

• Enable remote management for unified network configuration.

• Support OTA upgrade and background parameter push via network.

• Support timed restart to keep network stable for long‑term use.
