As a national high-tech enterprise with 13 years of automatic identification technology R&D experience, XTIOT continuously upgrades its barcode scanning modules and devices, focusing on miniaturization, high speed, high precision and multi-scenario adaptability. The following are the latest product launches, technical upgrades and application expansions, combined with detailed product information to show XTIOT’s technological strength and market layout.
Latest Product Launches (2026)
A newly launched thin and light embedded scan module, built on XTIOT’s self-developed high-performance decoding chip, with a 1.02-megapixel imaging sensor that can quickly read all types of 1D barcodes (EAN-13, UPC-A) and 2D barcodes (QR Code, PDF417). It features a ultra-thin design with a thickness of only 11mm, making it easy to embed into space-constrained terminal devices such as access control all-in-ones, self-service machines, and express cabinets. The module adopts a wide voltage design (3V-24V), supporting direct adaptation to different embedded terminal power supply systems without additional power conversion modules, and covers common industrial interfaces such as USB, RS232, and TTL for seamless integration. It also has built-in adaptive exposure control and anti-reflection algorithms to ensure stable scanning of screen codes and reflective media, avoiding decoding failures in complex scenarios.
An upgraded ultra-compact scan module with a mini size of 21.5mm×9mm×7mm and a weight of only 0.03KG, ideal for embedded integration in small workstations and portable devices. It supports a scanning rate of up to 300 times per second, with high decoding efficiency, and can stably read small, low-contrast barcodes. The module is plug-and-play, compatible with Windows, iOS, Android and industrial control systems, and supports OEM/ODM customization, with spot supply and short delivery cycle, greatly reducing the R&D and deployment cycle of terminal equipment.
The newly upgraded fixed scanner is optimized for high-speed production line scenarios such as weighing automatic packaging machines, equipped with a 1.3-megapixel imaging module and a maximum processing frame rate of 50fps, capable of scanning 30 barcodes per second and supporting simultaneous scanning of 20 barcodes at a single time. It adopts an all-aluminum alloy shell and metal reinforcement structure, passing 1.5-meter drop test, with strong anti-impact performance, suitable for industrial workshop vibration and collision environments. The built-in intelligent anti-noise and feature point enhancement algorithms can stably read dirty, damaged, low-contrast barcodes and DPM codes, meeting the full-life cycle traceability needs of parts. It provides multiple interfaces such as USB, RS232 and Ethernet, enabling real-time data upload to production management systems.
The upgraded version of the ultra-high-speed fixed scanner achieves performance breakthroughs, with a maximum scanning speed of up to 90 codes per second, and can read 2mm mini QR codes and 3mil barcodes. It is equipped with a 6-megapixel high-definition imaging module, combined with pixel-level detail optimization algorithms, to quickly decode high-precision industrial barcodes such as PCB DPM codes and automotive parts laser-etched codes. The module supports multiple industrial protocols including Profinet, EtherNet/IP, MELSEC and Fins, which can be deeply adapted to PLC and industrial systems of different brands, breaking the communication barrier of heterogeneous networks, and realizing seamless docking with enterprise existing management systems. It also supports simultaneous reading of up to 200 barcodes at a single time, suitable for high-speed packaging lines and batch scanning scenarios of whole boxes and pallets.
Latest Technological Upgrades
XTIOT has upgraded its self-developed decoding algorithm, which optimizes the grayscale enhancement, edge sharpening and feature point extraction capabilities, greatly improving the decoding success rate of complex barcodes such as SMT reflective codes, photovoltaic laser-etched codes, metal DPM codes and low-contrast codes. The algorithm supports parallel processing of multi-target barcodes, reducing data transmission delay to less than 100ms, ensuring real-time data synchronization in high-speed industrial scenarios.
The latest products integrate a multi-protocol stack, supporting flexible switching and firmware online upgrade of TCP/IP, Serial, FTP, PROFINET and other communication protocols, solving the problems of poor multi-protocol compatibility and difficult maintenance of industrial main station equipment. Users can complete firmware upgrades through wired or wireless OTA, without on-site disassembly and debugging, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring the long-term stability of equipment performance.
For the problem of scanning interference caused by reflective surfaces such as glass, metal and electronic screens, XTIOT has upgraded the adaptive lighting system and anti-reflection optical components. The built-in multi-spectral lighting module can dynamically adjust light parameters according to the surface reflectivity of the scanned object, and the anti-reflection algorithm weakens the influence of light interference on imaging, ensuring stable scanning in complex lighting environments. This technology is widely applied to XT206H2, XT8601B and other models, significantly improving their adaptability in industrial and self-service scenarios.
XTIOT has optimized the embedded SDK, based on the Netty framework, supporting COM serial port and TCP protocol, and realizing high-concurrency communication of multiple device groups. The SDK adopts a factory design mode, with highly encapsulated code, providing rich call interfaces, so that business developers do not need to care about the underlying implementation of the communication protocol, and can directly call the interface for secondary development. The SDK also supports heartbeat reconnection, log cutting and other functions, with detailed code comments and call examples, which is easy to get started and shortens the development cycle of user terminal products.
