A feasibility analysis report is issued, evaluating technical difficulty, development cycle, cost control, and compatibility, and adjusting the plan according to customer feedback until it meets the expected requirements.

After the plan is finalized, the R&D team starts prototype development, completing hardware assembly, software programming, and functional integration. The prototype undergoes strict multi-dimensional testing, including functional testing (verifying whether all customized functions meet requirements), performance testing (scanning speed, accuracy, stability), and environmental adaptability testing (high/low temperature, dustproof, waterproof), ensuring that the prototype meets the pre-agreed quality standards.

The developed prototype is provided to the customer for on-site verification. After the prototype is confirmed, the production team starts mass production in accordance with the customization plan. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the production process, including incoming material inspection, assembly testing, aging testing, and pre-shipment full inspection, ensuring that each customized product has consistent quality and stable performance, and meets the batch delivery requirements.

After the mass production is completed, the products are delivered on time according to the agreed time. The technical team provides professional technical training for the customer, including product use, daily maintenance, and common problem troubleshooting, helping the customer quickly master the use of customized products.
