1. There is no laser line after the barcode scanner is connected and the button is touched.

Reason: poor power supply, loose interface or damaged scanner.

Solution: Under normal circumstances, when the barcode scanner is connected, you will hear a "Di Di" startup sound, which means the startup is normal. If there is no prompt sound, it means it is not started. Check the power supply and reconnect the barcode scanner. If it still cannot respond, it needs to be returned to the factory for repair.

2. There is a prompt tone when identifying the barcode, but no data transmission.

Reason: The interface setting is incorrect or the data cable is damaged.

Solution: Use the setting manual to set the interface mode corresponding to the connection line, USB can be input in any text or word document, and the serial port needs to be set to match the communication protocol. Secondly, let the customer check whether the data input interface of the application software installed in the terminal device is set correctly or replace another transmission line to test. If the data still cannot be transmitted, it needs to be returned to the factory for repair.

3. No response when identifying barcodes.

Reason: A certain code system decoding of the barcode scanner is turned off, or the barcode printing is not standardized, or the barcode is damaged and unclear.

Solution: Turn on the corresponding code system through the manual.

4. The data transmitted by the barcode scanner does not match the data below the barcode.

Reason: The customer misread other special settings in the manual when using it.

Solution: The barcode scanner can be set to add some information that is not in the barcode when transmitting data. You can close the corresponding setting to cancel. If it still does not match after canceling, you should check whether the barcode is wrong during the production process.
