Barcode Scanner Manufacturer with development & Invention ability
1D Barcode Code 128 and Barcode Reader
Code 128 code, also known as USS Code 128, supports ASCII 0-127 (0x00-0xFF), a total of 128 character codes, Gu called it 128 code, which contains numbers, letters and symbols characters, is a high-density barcode, in 1981 Introduced into my country in 2010, it is widely used in the bar code system of internal management, production process and logistics control system of enterprises.
It is widely used in internal management, production, logistics and other fields of enterprises.
Code 128 is divided into three different code sets: A, B, C
Code 128A: supports standard numbers, capital letters, control characters, special characters;
Code 128B: supports standard numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase characters, special characters
Code 128C: Supports the set of even-digit pairs of [00]-[99], a total of 100, that is, this barcode type can only be even-digit.
This type of barcode is mainly used in production and other scenarios. In order to improve efficiency, laser self-induction scanners are generally used, such as XT6103, XT7120 and other equipment.
1D Barcode Code 39 and Barcode Scanner
Code 39 is also known as Code 3 of 9, Code3/9, Type 39, USD-3, USS Code 39. It can be divided into Standard Code 39 (Standard Code 39) and Full ASCII Code 39 (Full ASCII Code 39). Each character of Code 39 code consists of 5 lines, the thick line represents 1, the thin line represents 0, the wide gap between the lines represents 1, and the narrow one represents 0. Five lines plus four gaps is a 9-bit binary code, and 9 3 of the bits must be 1, so it is called code 39. There is a "*" at the first position of Code 39 to mark the beginning and end, which can be set to hide or display the model.
Standard Code 39: Also known as Code 39 Regular, it supports 26 uppercase English characters of AZ, 10 numbers of 0-9, and "+" "-" "*" "/" "%" "$" "." " " (the last one is a space) is a total of 8 special symbols, a total of 44 characters.
Full ASCII Code 39: Also known as Code 39 Extended. In addition to the 44 characters of the standard Code 39, it can be expanded to 128 characters (including 1 initial match terminator) when matched with "/", "%", "$", and "+".
There are many similarities between Code 128 and Code 39, and they are widely used in enterprise internal management, production processes, and logistics control systems. The difference is that Code 128 can represent more characters than Code 39, and the encoding density per unit length is higher. When the unit length cannot accommodate Code 39 encoding or the encoded characters exceed the limit of Code 39, you can choose Code 128 to encode.
Such barcodes have high density and long barcodes, and need to use a laser high-precision scanner to scan, such as XT6104.
