A new scanner we released recently: this is a powerful barcode and OCR-B/ MRZ code reader XT6201B.

This scanner is outstanding in two terms: 

1. It can read the big size and high density PDF417 code from ID card or driver's license.

2. It can read the machine readable zone (MRZ) from ID card and passport.

In many countries, their ID card printed with 3 lines MRZ code. 

The 3 lines MRZ code includes name, ID numbers, date of birth, and date of expiry. 

So If we can read those MRZ code, we can get these personal information very quickly. 

This will be very useful for many places that need to use ID card or passport.

For example, airport boarding , hotel check-in check-out, car renting, etc.

In many countries, there ID card and driver's license printed with a very big and high density PDF417 code. 

And the PDF417 code is very hard to read, most of barcode scanners can not read it.

So we create the XT6201B to help user to solve this problem.
