Shenzhen Xingtong IOT Technology Co., Ltd.
Barcode Scanner Manufacturer with development & Invention ability
Frozen meat – beef patties, chicken breasts, pork chops – is produced in large batches. One animal becomes dozens of packages. One pallet holds hundreds of packages.
Case & item code association means: Each package (item code) is linked to its case (case code). Each case is linked to its pallet. Full traceability from slaughterhouse to freezer aisle.
Why this matters for safety: If one package has quality issues (wrong expiration date, incorrect weight, foreign material), you need to recall only that batch. Not everything.
Without association: You know you made 10,000 packages. You don‘t know which case each package went into. Recall everything. Huge waste.
With association: Scan case code → see every package inside. Scan package code → trace back to which case, which batch, which production line.
| Station | What You Scan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Slaughter / cutting | Animal ID or batch code | Link meat to original source |
| Weighing / packaging | Package code (item code) | Assign unique ID, weight, date |
| Box / case packing | Case code + package codes | Link individual packages to case |
| Palletizing | Pallet code + case codes | Link cases to pallet |
| Freezing | Pallet code | Record freeze time, temperature |
| Cold storage | Pallet code | Track location in freezer warehouse |
| Outbound shipping | Pallet code | Record shipment destination |

Reads up to 100 codes in one scan – scan a tray of frozen meat packages at once
90 codes per second – keeps packaging line moving
Deep learning AI reads codes on wet, icy, or frosted surfaces
Detects missing or duplicate codes immediately
IP67 – survives freezer condensation and washdowns
Best for: High‑speed packaging line, freezing tunnel entrance

Ensures every package is in the correct case
Scan case code → scan each package code inside → system verifies they belong together
Quantity check – alarm if wrong number of packages (e.g., 10 patties per case)
Weight check – system can integrate with scale to verify total weight
Batch consistency – all packages in case must be same batch and expiration
Mismatch alert – wrong product in wrong case? Workstation locks
What‘s included: Industrial PC with Windows, 2D scanner, touchscreen, alarm light, keyboard, mouse (cold‑storage ready)

Reads case codes and pallet codes in freezer environments
2.4G wireless – connect to WMS
Works with freezer gloves
Point‑and‑shoot for receiving and outbound
Best for: Cold storage receiving, order picking, shipping verification

Wear on finger – both hands free for handling frozen boxes
Bluetooth + 2.4G wireless
Works with freezer gloves
Batch storage – keep scanning when wireless drops
Best for: Pallet building, freezer loading
Meat cut and portioned (beef patties, chicken breasts)
↓
Each portion weighed and vacuum sealed
↓
XT8601B batch scans each package as it exits sealer
↓
System records: weight, date, batch number, expiration date
↓
Packages move to case packing station
↓
XTS03 workflow:
1. Worker scans case code (or XTS03 prints case label)
2. Worker places packages into case (e.g., 10 patties per case)
3. Worker scans each package code
4. System verifies: correct product? correct count? same batch?
5. Quantity correct? All same batch?
6. Wrong product? Alarm + lock
7. Missing package? Alarm – cannot seal
8. All correct? Case sealed
↓
System links: Case X contains Package A, B, C... (10 packages)
Cases stacked on pallet
↓
Worker scans pallet code (or XTS03 prints pallet label)
↓
XT8601B batch scans all case codes on pallet
↓
System links: Pallet Y contains Case X, Case W, Case Z...
↓
Pallet moved into freezer
↓
System records: freeze time, freezer location, temperature
Order received from customer
↓
Worker goes to freezer location with XT6202HD or XT3001BHD
↓
Worker scans pallet code → system confirms correct pallet
↓
Worker scans case codes as they load onto truck
↓
System updates inventory, records shipment destination
| Code | Where | Contains |
|---|---|---|
| Package code (item code) | On each frozen meat package (vacuum seal label) | Batch number, weight, expiration date, production date |
| Case code (SSCC) | On outer case | Case ID, package count, batch number |
| Pallet code (SSCC) | On pallet label | Pallet ID, case count, destination |
| Problem | Without Traceability | With XTIOT System |
|---|---|---|
| Expired meat shipped to store | Don‘t know which cases expired | System tracks expiration by case – FEFO picking |
| Recall – contaminated batch | Don‘t know which cases affected | Search by batch → find all cases |
| Wrong weight in package | Can‘t trace | Scan package code → shows weight at production |
| Customer complaint – wrong product | Don‘t know which case it came from | Scan package → shows original case |
| Mixed batches in same case | Accept return from retailer | Batch consistency check prevents mixing |
A batch of beef patties (batch #2305) is found to have incorrect expiration date labeling.
Without traceability: You don‘t know which cases contain batch #2305. You recall all patties from all stores. Destroy thousands of cases. Massive loss.
With XTIOT system: System search shows batch #2305 went into Case A, Case B, Case C – shipped to Store 1, Store 2, Store 3. You recall only those 3 cases. Other cases stay on shelves.
Recall waste reduced by 99%. Retailers stay happy. Regulators satisfied.
| Feature | Benefit |
