Shoe Packaging

Empty shoe box arrives on conveyor
       ↓
XTS03 prints and scans box code (SSCC)
       ↓
Worker places left shoe into box
       ↓
Worker scans left shoe barcode → system records: Shoe A in Box X
       ↓
Worker places right shoe into box
       ↓
Worker scans right shoe barcode → system records: Shoe B in Box X
       ↓
System checks: Both shoes? Same size? Same model? Same batch?
       ↓
If mismatch → alarm + workstation lock
       ↓
If correct → box sealed
       ↓
Box moves to case packing

Real Example: Shoe Pair Verification

A shoe box must contain:

• Left shoe, size 8, model A100, color black

• Right shoe, size 8, model A100, color black

Without XTS03: Worker packs. Doesn‘t check both shoes. Customer receives two left shoes. Return.

With XTS03: Worker scans left shoe (size 8, model A100). Worker scans right shoe (size 8, model A100). System matches – same size, same model. Box sealed. Wrong shoe detected? Alarm. Box not sealed.

Zero pair errors. Zero customer returns from mismatched shoes.
