Barcode Scanner Manufacturer with development & Invention ability
Every toy has a unique code on its individual box (item code). Every shipping case that holds multiple toys has its own code (case code).
Association means: You scan the case code, then scan each toy code inside. The system links them together.
Why this matters:
You know exactly which toys are in which case
If a toy is recalled, you know which case it came from – and where that case was shipped
If a case is lost, you know exactly which toys were inside
Without association: You know you made 1,000 toys, but you don‘t know which case each toy went into. Recall? Guess which cases to pull.
With association: Scan case code → see every toy inside. Full visibility.
| Station | What You Scan | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Case packing line | Case code + each toy code inside | Link toys to the case they are packed into |
| Palletizing | Pallet code + each case code | Link cases to pallet |
| Warehouse receiving | Case code | See which toys arrived |
| Retail receiving | Case code | Verify contents before putting on shelf |
| Returns processing | Toy code | Trace back to original case and shipment |

Best for: Case packing station – associates toys to case and prevents errors
Scan case code → scan each toy code inside → system verifies they belong together
Quantity check – alarm if wrong number of toys in case
Mismatch alert – wrong toy in case? Workstation locks
Duplication check – same toy scanned twice? Alarm
Export reports – full association records for recall readiness
What‘s included: Industrial PC with Windows, 2D scanner, touchscreen, alarm light, keyboard, mouse

Reads up to 100 toy codes in one scan – scan a whole tray of toys at once
90 codes per second – keeps packing line moving
Detects missing or duplicate codes immediately
Best for: High‑volume case packing, scanning multiple toys quickly

Reads both case codes and toy codes
2.4G wireless – connect to your WMS
Point‑and‑shoot for spot checks and audits
Best for: Warehouse verification, random audits, returns processing
Empty case arrives at packing station
↓
Worker scans case code (or XTS03 prints new case label)
↓
Worker places toys into case one by one
↓
XTS03 workflow:
1. Worker scans each toy‘s unique code
2. System records: Toy A, Toy B, Toy C in Case X
3. If wrong toy? Alarm + lock
4. If duplicate toy? Alarm
5. If case full? System checks quantity
↓
Case sealed → association record saved
↓
System knows: Case X contains Toy A, Toy B, Toy C
Case arrives at warehouse
↓
Worker scans case code with XT6202HD
↓
System displays: This case contains Toy A, Toy B, Toy C
↓
Worker verifies contents without opening every toy box
Quality issue found on Toy A, batch 123
↓
System search: Which cases contain Toy A, batch 123?
↓
System returns: Cases X, Y, Z – shipped to Store 1, Store 2, Store 3
↓
Recall only those cases. Not all production.
| Code | Where | Contains |
|---|---|---|
| Toy item code | On each individual toy box | Unique ID, batch number, product type |
| Case code (SSCC) | On shipping case | Case ID, date, destination (optional) |
| Pallet code | On warehouse pallet | Pallet ID, case IDs |
| Problem | Without Association | With XTS03 System |
|---|---|---|
| Recall – don‘t know which case has bad toys | Recall all cases – huge waste | Search system → recall only affected cases |
| Customer complains about missing toy | Can‘t verify | Scan case code → see exactly what was inside |
| Retailer asks “what‘s in this case?” | Open and check | Scan case code → display contents |
| Inventory accuracy | Don‘t know which toys are in which case | Full visibility |
| Lost case | Don‘t know what was lost | Scan record shows exactly which toys were inside |
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Scan case code first | System knows which case you‘re packing |
| Scan each toy code | Every toy linked to its case |
| Quantity check | Alarm if wrong number of toys |
| Wrong toy alert | Prevents mixing different toys |
| Duplicate check | Same toy scanned twice? Alarm |
| Workstation lock | Stops errors before case is sealed |
| Recall ready | Search by toy batch → find all cases |
A case holds 24 individual building block sets. Each set has a unique QR code.
Without XTS03: Worker packs 24 sets. No record of which set went into which case. Recall? Pull all 24 sets from all stores.
With XTS03: Worker scans case code, then scans each of the 24 set codes. System records: Case A contains Set #001 to #024. Recall? System shows exactly which stores received those sets. Pull only affected cases.
Time saved: Recall takes hours, not weeks. Waste reduced by 90%.
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Full association | Every toy linked to its case |
| Error prevention | Wrong toy, wrong quantity, duplicate – all detected |
| Batch scanning | XT8601B for high speed |
| Recall ready | Search by toy batch → find all cases |
| Export reports | Compliance records for retailers and safety audits |
| Workstation lock | Stops errors before case is sealed |
