Q1: What’ the communication port?

A1: Default is USB, RS232 and TTL is for optional.

Under USB port, there are USB-keyboard, and USB-virtual serial port.

Q2: What kind of barcode can the scanner read?

A2: 1D and 2D barcode.

1D barcode including EAN-8, EAN-13, Code 128, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 93, Matrix 2 of 5, Standard 2 of 5, Industrial 2 of 5, Codabar, MSI Plessey, Plessey, GS1 DataBar, ISBN, ISSN, ISBT 128, etc.

2D barcode including QR code, PDF417, Micro QR code, Datamatrix, etc.

Q3: What’s the size?

A3: We can send the 2D drawing and 3D file of the scanner, which contain all dimensions of the scanner.

Q4: What’s the baud rate?

A4: Default baud rate is 9600. You can set the baud rate by using user manual, baud rate from 9600 ~ 115200 (Max).

Q5: Can I add prefix and suffix?

A5: Yes, support adding 10 characters prefix/suffix.

Q6: Can I use the scanner at outdoor?

A6: It can work under sunlight, but it’s not waterproof, to use the scanner at outdoor, you will need to add a cover for the scanner to protect it in rainy days.

Q7: Can the scanner work in high temperature environment?

A7: The working temperature is -20℃ ~ 60℃.

Q8: Is there LED lights?

A8: Yes, there are 4 LED lights.

Q9: Can you customize the cable?

A9: We provide custom service for cable length, cable PIN assignments, etc.

Q10: Do you have product certificates?

A10: Product has CE, ROHS, FCC certificates.
