Scanning sample tubes one by one takes too much time and makes it easy to miss a position.

The XTIOT XTMZ40 captures the complete rack in one image and reads multiple codes at the same time. It can be used with 96-well racks, sample trays and other fixed-position containers.

The system can check:

• Total number of codes

• Missing tube positions

• Duplicate codes

• Incorrect or unexpected codes

• Code data linked to each tray

It supports Data Matrix, QR Code, PDF417 and common 1D barcodes. More than 200 codes can be read in one capture when the code size, spacing and imaging conditions are suitable.

Scan results can be sent to the customer’s MES, ERP or database through Ethernet, RS232 or a customized communication method.

For projects with different rack sizes or camera distances, the reading area, software functions and mechanical structure can be adjusted according to the actual tray and code samples.
