XTS03 Russian Chestny ZNAK Honest Mark Scanner Solutions
XTS03 combines barcode verification and packaging aggregation, with complete marking and labeling solutions available for factory deployment.
The system reads visible product codes in batches before carton sealing and links them to the outer carton code, reducing individual scanning during packing.
Imported code lists provide the reference for verification. Duplicate codes and codes outside the list trigger audible and visual alerts, with optional line stop or rejection control.
Configurations support GS1 DM codes only, two-level SSCC + GS1 DM aggregation, or three-level SSCC + SCF intermediate packaging + GS1 DM aggregation.
For aggregation projects, customers apply for the required codes together before production. Product and packaging codes remain separate until the XTIOT scanning system establishes their relationships during packing.
Aggregation records for an entire order can be exported in one table. For example, one file can contain 100 SSCC codes linked to 18,000 GS1 DM codes, without creating a separate file for each carton.
XTIOT also supplies complete marking and labeling solutions, including labeling equipment, industrial scanners, an industrial PC and software. Printing methods, label application and hardware configurations are confirmed for each project.
Batch scanning requires all target codes to be visible. Codes hidden inside sealed cartons or underneath other products require a different scanning arrangement.
