A passport uses an MRZ code. Many driver’s licenses use a PDF417 barcode.

The XTIOT XT2010MRZ reads both, so there is no need to prepare two separate scanners.

• Common 1D and 2D barcodes

• Paper and mobile screen codes

After each scan, the complete recognized data string is sent to the customer’s software for further processing.

The XT2010MRZ uses optical image recognition. It does not read NFC or passport chips.

Suitable for hotel check-in, car rental, visitor registration and document terminals.
